  • Registration and user account.
    1. Registration. To start training on the site, you need to register. You must indicate your real first and last name, as well as a valid email – to confirm registration and receive various information on the courses. After confirming your email, you will be able to select the courses you are interested in and pay for them. After registering, when you log into EasyCourses, you will immediately be taken to your page.
    2. User profile. The user page reflects your activity on the platform and a short biography. In the same section, you can go to all received certificates and available courses. In your account, you can edit your profile data, view reviews and a list of desired courses, as well as read the results of your tests and personal messages from other platform participants and teachers.
    3. When editing a profile, you can:
      • change personal data (please note the character limit in these fields);
      • add or change a profile photo (avatar);
      • change e-mail address; – indicate social network accounts that will be displayed on the profile page;
      • set or change a password;
      • set up notifications.
    4. The courses you are taking, favorites and recommended courses are located in the “Courses You Are Studying” section. Lessons, courses or classes you have created are in the “Teacher – My Courses” section.
    5. Types of profiles on EasyCourses. The user profile is created by default for all users and is the same for all students. The teacher profile, after creating a regular profile, can be transferred to this status. If you want to get such a profile, you must submit an application through the site footer in the “Become a teacher” section and fill out the requested information. After this, the site administration will contact you and, based on the results of the conversation, approve your application.
  • Where to begin?
    1. Types of courses. Massive open online courses are presented in the Easycourses catalogue, they are open to everyone and absolutely free.
    2. We offer online courses from teachers and coaches in a variety of areas of activity and life. Choose what you like or will be useful in your career. A convenient search and filter system will help you find exactly what you are looking for, and professional teachers will help you achieve greater heights and results. If the course is paid, then its cost will be indicated on the course page; payment takes place on our website.
  • Who can I communicate with on your platform?
    1. Communication with students. On EasyCourses you can communicate with other students who are taking online courses with us. This is done so that, in addition to reviews and comments under the courses, you have the opportunity to find out first-hand opinions about the specific course and teacher that you want to buy.
    2. Communication with teachers. On our platform, you have the opportunity to ask questions that interest you to the teachers of those courses that you are just planning to purchase, or in which you are already directly involved. This way, you can always evaluate whether a course is right for you before purchasing or ask for help with tasks in an already purchased course.
  • Easycourses Community Guidelines.
    1. Community rules. Our goal is a safe and open space that promotes comfortable learning and teaching. By registering on the EasyCourses platform, you become part of a large community of authors and students. Below we have posted information about what rules should be followed here.
    2. Politeness and mutual respect. Please be polite and mutually respectful to each other. Inciting and participating in any kind of conflicts, as well as aggression, trolling, the use of insults and obscene expressions (including in transformed form: replacing a word or its parts with letters/symbols) is prohibited on the platform. Do not post reviews and comments that may interfere with the learning of other users. For example, comments that are too long or images that are large.
    3. Spam, spoilers, scams. We urge you not to post spoilers and ready-made solutions to problems in reviews and comments, as well as spam and advertising of goods and services.
    4. It is prohibited to post 18+ content on EasyCourses, as well as links to it. This rule also applies to the registration of a user account.
    5. In case of violation of the rules, the Project Administration reserves the right to block your account, limit the ability to leave comments, and also delete incorrect reviews and comments without justification. The list of rules described above is not exhaustive and we may make changes to it. We recommend using common sense and following warnings from moderators and platform content authors. Before you start working with Easycourses, do not forget to read the terms of use of the platform at the link: User Agreement.   • How to start a free course?
    Select a Free Course from our course catalog. Go to the course page and click the “Enroll Now” button. The course will be added to your personal account in the “Courses being studied” section. Find it and click on the “Start training” button
  • How to start a paid course?
    Choose the course you like from our course catalog. Visit the course page and add it to your cart. After making payment from the shopping cart, the course will be added to your personal account in the “Courses being studied” section. Find it and click on the “Start training” button
  • How to complete the course?
    You can complete your course yourself at any time. To do this, go to the “Courses being studied” section in your personal account, select the course you want to complete and click on the “Mark as Completed” button. After this, the course will move to the appropriate status.
  • Desired courses.
    You can make any courses on our platform favorites, and they will be shown in a special section. Just click on the heart icon in the site header.
  • Course structure.
    A course is a set of lessons on topics united. Courses are available: free (available in the catalog and search), paid (you need to pay for them to start learning). Topic is a set of lessons united by a common theme. Usually this is material that teachers suggest studying in a week. A lesson is a set of educational materials on one topic. Each lesson is a set of tasks (more than 20 types) and/or theories (text, video).
  • Payment Methods
    Payment for paid courses on Easycourses is accepted in Euros and US Dollars
  • Payment in installments
    If you are not sure whether the course you are interested in is suitable for you, you can pay for courses and webinars in installments per lesson. By default, the amount in the cart is calculated for the entire course. If you want to change the number of classes, you need to change the value in the “Number of classes” column to the desired one. The amount to be paid will be calculated automatically using the formula: Amount for the entire course divided by the number of classes in the course and multiplied by the selected number of classes.
  • Security guarantees
    Processing of online payments on the Easycourses Platform is carried out by a partner payment system/bank. Your bank card data according to the PCI DSS security standard. Transferring information to the payment gateway occurs using SSL encryption technology. Further transfer of information occurs through closed banking networks that have the highest level reliability. The payment system/bank does not transfer your card details to us or other third parties. For For additional cardholder authentication, the 3D Secure protocol is used.
  • Refund
    You can make a return within 30 days of purchasing the course. To do this, write to us at support@easycourses.shop and send:
    • Your Nickname on EasyCourses;
    • Course name;
    • % of material covered;
    • Date of purchase;
    Please tell us why the course was not suitable for you. We will try to use this information to course improvements. When considering a refund request, we look at the amount of material completed, if the course is completed completely or a significant part of it has been mastered, unfortunately, we will not be able to make a refund. If we suspect a violation by the user of the User Agreement , we have the right to refuse return and request paper documents from the user: return application with attachment a printed check and a copy of your passport to our postal address.   • Return methods and terms
    Easycourses will pay the Refund Amount within 10 working days from the Application Date. The refund amount is paid to the Payer according to the bank details from which the payment was made course.   • How to create a course and lesson?
    1. To create a lesson or course, you need to register or log into the site using your username and password, open the “Account” section and click on the “Create a new course” button in the upper right corner.
    2. In the settings for the new course you can:
      • Give your course a name;
      • Upload a photo or video description for it;
      • Write a course description;
      • Select the difficulty level of the course and the topic to which it relates from the available list;
      • Add a course cover;
      • Select the type of course (paid or free);
      • Describe what is included in the course and for whom it will be useful;
      • Include course requirements and instructions;
      • Indicate the total duration of the course;
      • Divide the course into several topics and include the topics themselves with descriptions;
      • Attach lessons with lecture text and / or video materials, or practical tasks to topics.
      After you have finished editing the course, click on the “Publish” button and your course will become available to everyone
    3. The courses in which you are studying, selected and recommended courses are in the “Courses Studied” section. The lessons, courses or classes you created are located in the “Teacher – My Courses” section.
    4. The lessons and courses you create will appear on your profile under “Teaching – My Courses”.
    5. You set the price for your courses yourself. You can make them both paid and free, or provide discounts for specific courses by editing your courses in your account.
  • Terms of cooperation with teachers.
    1. Any registered user can create lessons and courses on EasyCourses, for this it is enough to register and agree to the User Agreement of the platform. EasyCourses does not pre-moderate courses, but has the right to exclude a course from the search and catalog in case of critical comments from users and remove the course from the site in case of violation of the terms.
    2. Our platform has a tariff according to which a teacher can create massive free online courses, as well as paid courses, payment for which is carried out by students through the platform interface, and EasyCourses takes a commission from completed sales
    3. Our site offers teachers a trail. possibilities:
      • Ability to use the online course designer, download materials and create assignments;
      • The ability to communicate with students of the course through the platform;

    4. Copyright. Copyright always remains with the author of the course or the organization on whose behalf the courses are posted; Open courses are distributed under the Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0 open license; paid courses are not subject to licensing.
  • Where can I see the income from the sale of my courses?
    In the personal account of the teacher in the “control panel” section, one of the parameters will be displayed “total income”. By clicking on it, you can learn more about:
    • Income for each individual course and income for all courses as a whole;
    • The size and distribution of EasyCourses commission for sold courses;
    • Monthly income reports.
  • Conditions for promotion of paid courses.
    1. EasyCourses may assist authors of paid courses with promotion. EasyCourses makes decisions on promotion independently, without notifying the authors.
    2. The site’s basic commission for promoting and posting courses on its resources is 10% of the cost of selling courses
    3. The most commonly used types of promotion are:
      • placement of the course in the EasyCourses catalogue;
      • promotion through search results using keywords on the platform;
      • inclusion in mass and targeted mailings to our audience;
      • promotion through advertising on third-party services.
  • Can I issue course completion certificates?
    1. Setting up certificates in courses. Certificates are only available for paid courses. The platform provides a certificate editor in the “Certificates” section, where you can:
      • Set the points required for the regular certificate;
      • Upload the teacher’s signature and/or organization logo: teacher’s signature – a png file with a transparent background, size 3000 x 484 px, on the left is the teacher’s First and Last Name Arial Regular, 12pt, #5e5e5e, signature on the right, organization logo: png, with a height of 150 px.
    2. Methods for issuing certificates You can issue certificates:
      • At a specific point in time – issuing certificates at the request of the teacher (certificates need to be issued only after all deadlines). In the “Certificates” course settings, click the “Issue certificates” button”;
      • When a user collects points, a certificate is issued as soon as the user has received the required number of points. If the user receives more points in the future (for example, when the course has not finished and he is still completing tasks), then the points in the certificate will be updated automatically. To do this, in the “Certificates” section you need to check the box “Issue automatically”, please note that certificates will also be issued to everyone who has already achieved the required number of points.
      Before issuing certificates, make sure that all changes are saved (the “Save Changes” button).
  • Communication with students and their assessment.
    1. My students. On the Easycourses platform you can always view the entire list of your students as a whole or for each specific course. To do this, go to the “Teacher – My Students” section in the teacher’s Personal Account, where you can also send a personal message to any student.
    2. Passing tests. You will always be aware of which student scored what number of test points in any of your courses. To do this, go to the section of the teacher’s personal account “Teacher- Taking tests” and select the test or student you are interested in.
  • I can’t log into my account.
    1. If you are unable to log into your EasyCourses account, check the email associated with your account and your password. You may have entered them incorrectly when trying to log in. Check your keyboard layout and Caps
    2. Use the “Forgot” function when logging in. You will be redirected to a form where you will need to enter your nickname or email from your account. Click “Reset Password”. You will receive further instructions on how to update/recover your password by email. If the letter is not there, try adding our address noreply@easycourses.shop to the number of contacts in your email client, this way we will eliminate the possibility that our automatic letters will be deleted by spam filters. After that, request the password recovery form again.
    3. If you do not have access to your account and do not remember which email is associated with your account, you will need to contact our support team at support@easycourses.shop. We will request additional information in order to verify you as the account owner, after which we will send a link to reset your password and clarify the email to which your account was linked.
  • Is it possible to change the email associated with my account?
    No, on the EasyCourses platform we deliberately do not give users such an opportunity in order to prevent security vulnerabilities in the accounts of their students and teachers.
  • How can I change the data in the issued certificate if it is entered incorrectly?
    It happens that the course owner/teacher may make a mistake in the names or other data of his students due to the large number of them. If you notice that there is an error in your certificate, you need to contact the teacher and ask him to reissue the certificate. In case of unreasonable refusal by the teacher, please write to us at support@easycourses.shop
  • Course videos won’t open/play.
    1. Errors when watching videos can occur due to problems with your Internet service provider, too many connected users or devices, incorrect configuration of your hardware and software, lack of Internet connection, or problems with the video itself.
    2. If you have problems with the video, follow these steps:
      • Try opening a test video. If it plays, try lowering the quality of the video that is having problems.
      • Refresh the page in your browser.
      • Restart your browser.
      • Restart your computer.
      • Update your browser to the latest version.
      • Clear your cache and delete cookies.
      • Try watching the video in a different browser or on a different computer.
      • Try playing the video again after half an hour.
    3. If the problem persists, please leave a message to our support team. To receive a faster response, please include the following information about your problem in your message:
      • Describe the problem (The video does not play, the video does not load, an error is displayed (error text), the sound does not work, etc.)
      • Provide a link to the lessons in which the problem occurs
      • Operating system (for example: Win7, OS X, Ubuntu, iOS, Android, etc.)
      • Browser name and version (for example, Google Chrome 45.0.2454.99 m)

  • Accidentally completed a paid course. What to do?
    To resume the course, you need to open the corresponding course, having previously logged into the profile in which the course was purchased, and click on the “Continue training” button. Repeated payment will not be debited if you are logged in to the same account from which the course was already paid for
  • How to get a course completion certificate?
    Many courses on EasyCourses offer certificates. If a certificate is issued, information about this is indicated on the main page of the course. Certificates are always manually issued by the course authors/instructors. This means that the authors themselves decide when to issue certificates.
